Thank you Dr Dick Herbert
Dr Herbert attended a patient recently and was very pleased to receive a letter of thanks.
We all know how busy people are in their lives today and it is always appreciated by all the members of the Mercia Accident Rescue Service that patients do take the time and thought to compose a letter of thanks in this way - especially after what was a traumatic event.
