Bryngwyn Court Coffee Morning

Ryan Jackson, 28, of Newton Farm, Hereford, died in hospital after the crash on the A49, in Marlbrook, near Leominster back in 2009. Ryan's mother, Mo Jackson organised an all day coffee morning in memory of her son which was held at Bryngwyn Court communal room on Saturday August 6th 2011.

Venue Address: Bryngwyn Court, it is located down Barrs Court Road in Hereford, HR1 1ER.

The day started at 10.00 and went on until about 5.00 ish. The raffle took place at 1600 hrs. All proceeds taken from the day went to the MARS Doctors of the Mercia Accident Rescue Service.

Ryan Jackson

Ryan's mother said before the coffee morning,

''Ryan and I did fund raising together on a few occasions when he was at school, he always wanted to help someone. He was so touched by the Dunblain massacre that he wrote to the headmaster and cried for days. He was always a friendly helpful lad and we spent many happy years together.

He was about 17 when he started work at Gala Bingo where he remained for ten years. He entered The Bingo Caller of the year competion and twice became regional finalist and appeared both on I.T.V and B.B.C.1 and B.B.C Hereford and Worcester. Plus Hereford times and Hereford Journal. He was very popular at Gala, charming the ladies!!!!

He met Julie, and they were very happy together they married in 2006. To add to their happiness, baby Zac arrived in november 2007. The future looked rosy, but tragiclly Ryan was taken from us on 3rd December 2009. Although the M.A.R.S Doctors tried very hard to save him - he sadly died of his injuries.''

This coffee morning is in memory of Ryan (he would have helped if he could bless him) and as a THANK YOU to all the MARS Doctors for all their hard work.''

Update

Mo Jackson has donated a fantastic £913.94 to MARS following a highly successful All Day Coffee Morning A huge thank you to all who made if a wonderful day - Ryan would be so proud of you all for helping.
